Early Access opens, time to try out the new Banqer Primary! Your current classroom keeps running as normal until the end of the year.

New Banqer Primary will replace what you are using today. Curriculum covered with units built in, ready to take on the school year.

A note from our CEO
When the refreshed curriculum set out what students should learn about money, year by year, we had a decision to make: bolt a few bits onto what we already had, or start again and build the platform this moment deserves. We chose the latter.
The new Banqer Primary is aligned to the curriculum from Year 4 to Year 8, it’s faster and simpler to run, and there’s more for students to do.
Financial education in every classroom will change the financial futures of hundreds of thousands of young Kiwi a year, and I can’t wait to see the new Banqer Primary in the hands of the teachers delivering it.

Answers to your most common questions
What happens to my current Banqer Primary classroom?
It keeps working exactly as it does today, right through to the end of Term 4 2026. You can create new classrooms in the original platform up until 1 December, and from Term 4 we'll open up the new Banqer Primary for Early Access so you can try it out ahead of the new year.
What does Early Access actually give me?
Access to what's built so far, with more units and features added as we go. Your feedback during this period helps shape what ships in the full release, which lands in Term 1.
Will there be support to help me get started?
Yes. Online PD sessions, step-by-step guides and access to our Customer Success team, so you're never figuring it out on your own. We'll share the details as we get closer to release.
What does the new version cost?
Thanks to the generous support of our Champion Partner Kiwibank, Banqer Primary is free for New Zealand primary and intermediate schools.
